Mossimo smock neck top - blue $17.99 at Target

I picked this top up at Target one day and love it! I wore it out to dinner last night and my friend who only shops high-end stores thought it was one she had seen at a very upscale boutique - Theory was the brand I think. When I said I got it at Target she was stunned. I wore it with my white pants and a wedge sandal and JCrew fuschia enamel bangle for a pop of color. So cute... I love it! -- michelleTX

I totally forgot to mention this....the other day I was watching the Today Show and a woman they had on (she was from their online/IT dept. I think) was wearing this same exact shirt and it looked fabulous on her. Great find michelleTX!
