This jacket is so cute and fun with the fringed/ruffled collar - you could dress it up or down. Looks great with trouser jean and my purple tissue turtleneck from JCrew last year, or longsleeved black tee underneath. Also with dark denim pencil skirt and black boots. -- michelleTX
