 Yes, Christmas came a bit early for a few retailers this year......they were lucky enough to be selected as one of Oprah's Favorite Things. I can't even begin to imagine the boost they must get from being on "the list." Crazy. Just crazy I tell you.
Kind of like the list itself. Basically a bunch of products we would all love to own if only we could afford them. No really, some of the items are very affordable like the Philosophy products, Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker, and the Williams Sonoma croissants. Some are a bit more pricey, but not outrageous like the cords and the Ugg boots. And I doubt it could be called Oprah's Favorite Things if it didn't have a few really pricey items like the diamond watch and the Ralph Lauren Black Label sweater. Oh well a girl can dream I guess.

While you are at the Oprah Website, search 'Jeans' and read about the "Bra and Jean Intervention Show"
I missed the show, but went on-line to read about it. Stacy London from "What Not to Wear" (love that show!) gave great advice on the best jeans for all shapes and sizes and where to get them. I read the article, took her advise and love my two new pairs of jeans!! |
