Move over Isaac Mizrahi & Martha Stewart.......there's a new big time designer about to go mainstream.  Yes, according to the New York Times Vera Wang is in talks with Kohl's to launch her own line of affordable clothing.  Though no deal has been officially announced as of yet, it appears Ms. Wang finds the idea appealing.  Apparently she feels that this is the "direction of fashion."  HELLO!!!!  
 
Unfortunately though this is not the store I would have picked.  Now I know a ton of women shop here and you can get some really great deals on kid's clothes, housewares, etc.  But as far as their women's fashions go, I am sorry to say that I have never been too impressed.  I do realize they have added a few new lines as of late.....Daisy Fuentes, Candie's, etc. but I still am not feeling the need to rush out and buy something there.   HOWEVER, you add Ms. Wang to the mix and I just might be willing to give the store another shot.  
 
Now I am sure a ton of you will disagree with my opinion on the whole Kohl's thing.  So add a comment.  I would love to hear what you think.

Hey there, I am becoming a bigger fan of Kohls... mainly because they have a pretty big selection of Petites. Now, you do have to climb through the polyester grandma wear and high waisted pants, but they are good for basics and an occasional cute top! Vera Wang would definitely get me there.
