The Savvies Show - Episode #3 send to a friend Cool stuff for cheap at Old Navy
I must admit at first I was a little opposed to all of this neutralness.  Not exactly the bright spring colors we're used to.  But never fear they're starting to grow on me.  All the tans & khakis with a little soft color thrown in like a peachy pink or nice blue are surprisingly fresh & new.  Can't get more spring like than that.  And thankfully, I've even been able to find some neutrals that I can actually wear like the browns and the greens.  And mixing in a little white with the all tans works too.  Because I'm sorry sister, no matter how lovely, that creme/ivory/nudeish color is just not for me.
   
You can find neutrals just about everywhere you look.  Banana Republic has a really great selection.  Limited too.  And the stuff goes with just about everything you already own.  From denim to black, you'll get a ton of mileage out of these pieces.  Unlike the super bright colors that always look soooo spring like, these pieces will really move well from one season to the next.  Wear the girly girl tops alone now and later with a lovely cardigan thrown over.  Very Savvie. 

So add a little neutral to your wardrobe ladies.  You'll look very current and fresh for spring.  But remember; keep it warm and soft because nothing too bold will do.
