Quickest way to update an outfit - just add a belt

Eddie Bauer has a really nice wide braided belt if you're looking for one to wear around your hips.  Or try a wider black patent leather belt around your favorite black/white dress.  Or take your favorite jacket and just cinch up the waist for a more fitted look.  My favorite - a fitted shirt tucked into a skirt with a wide belt in between.  Oooh la la.  Or at the very least a nice leather studded belt to pair with jeans.  Banana Republic has some great ones. 

And the good news about all of this belt business is that you don't have to spend a fortune to get one.  They are everywhere......everywhere.  Target has a ton of cool looking belts for cheap online and even more in their stores.  Forever21 and H&M too.  You can really find a great belt anywhere. 

So pick your style, find a belt that works for you and get it.  Seriously, you just gotta have a fun belt this summer.

OK, so are the buckles cool or just a bit too much? I'm trying to decide.

The bigger buckles are definitely still in, especially in a woven belt or one with a more western feel. And although you can still find big rhinestone belts, today's styles seems to be more arts & crafts than glitzy. But definitely get a belt. It's an easy as pie way to make your outfit look a bit more stylish.
