 According to Jergens and articles I've read, these new tinted moisturizers go on streak free without the fear of getting it too dark right away. This is a more gradual process. It takes a few applications for your skin to look noticeably darker with these babies. Which can be a pain if you should have started the whole process days ago. But....if you're a little heads up about the whole thing, my guess is you'll get a nicer, just all over more natural looking tan. Very nice.
And there's no need to exfoliate before using them. Which is great. Just apply a generous amount to your bod each morning and wait a few minutes before dressing. The waiting part I hate, but it's pretty typical with sunless tanners. And the really cool thing, at least with the Neutrogena Summer Glow moisturizer is that is contains an SPF of 20. So....if you're rushing out and forget the sunscreen they've got you covered.
So check them out at your local Target. They've gotten some really great press lately, so I am anxious to try them. Like I said Aveeno has one. So does Neutrogena and Jergens too. And their's comes in 3 different shades for your body and your face. Very helpful.

I've have been using the Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer since last spring/summer when it came out. I really like the results and use the product designed for "fair" skin tones. The color is very natural although it does take awhile to build up the color. I use it on a daily basis and I actually do exfoliate 1-2x/week, just because I found that it does tend to build up in certain places. All is all, it is a great product and you will NOT look "orange" or as if you have a fake tan at all.
However, I do think that I will check out the new product by Neutrogena because it does have SPF protection. |

| No, absolutely not. I apply it and let it dry and then apply my perfumed lotion on top of it. :-) |

| I used the Jergens brand last summer too, and thought it was great. No orange tint, and/or stained hands. I actually picked up the Dove line last weekend, so I'll keep everyone posted on my results. But so far, so good (no orange, no bad smell, no hand staining). Has anyone tried any of the sunless tanners for your face? I'd love to hear what you think. |

| O.k....I've tried the Dove Energy Glow now for a week or so, and I have to say, I'm not impressed. I'm pretty careful to apply it evenly, and have still found it to leave orangish spots. I think I'll be going back to the Jergens or trying something else. |
