The big deal right now is skinny.  You can wear them long or cropped, in denim or cotton.  The long skinny jeans are really long.  They tend to almost gather at the ankle, so you'll definitely want to wear a higher heel with these babies.  Check out the slim jean at Express to see what I mean.  

Skinny & cropped is also a great option.  For a change, throw on a pair of white cropped & skinny jeans like these from Banana Republic and a really cute pair of flats and you'll look oh so fabulous.  Update your work suit with a pair of slim pants & and fitted jacket.  Or try a pair of just below the knee skinny pants for a fun look for summer.          

Skinny not really your thing?  No fear.  The more traditional pants are still in.  Try a cropped chino style pant with a bit more leg room like this one from Banana Republic for an updated work look.  Or a pair of basic cropped pants.  You can find these babies just about everywhere. 

There are a ton of options out there really.  Which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it.  Good because you are bound to find something that fits your body type and your sense of style.  And bad because you may find several which can lead to budget overload.
