Metallic thongs are a great option for summer

Casual or dressy and very classy.  These barely there sandals are a great staple for summer.  Throw them on with your bathing suit, or shorts & a tee, pants, and even your pretty summer dresses and skirts.  And the metallic colors - can't get more neutral than that.  Seriously you will get a ton of mileage out of these babies and an easy breezy way to look oh so fabulous without trying too hard. 

Here's a few to check out.... 

The splurge - J.Crew leather capri sandals for $48.  Absolutely lovely.  I just can't decide which ones I prefer....the dark gold metallic or the metallic vicuna.  Hmmmm......  For a more practical price - check out the Stephanie sequin thong from Ann Taylor Loft for $29.  Not my personal favorite though - just a bit too much metallic for me.  Or the Marina metallic flip flop.  They're just $15, but a bit more casual I think.    

And for dirt cheap try the Xhilaration metallic flip flops at Target.  They are on sale this week for just $6.99.  I've tried these babies on and though they are definitely not as nice at the J.Crew ones they are only 7 bucks!  You get what you pay my friend.

So grab a pair of metallic thongs for summer ladies.  You'll definitely be glad you did.
