If you're like me you are just now beginning to get your summer things in order.  Unfortunately a lot of the great stuff from the early summer lines is already gone.  Thankfully, the summer collections from many of our favorite stores are arriving daily including Gap and J.Crew.  Banana's Summer 2006 Collection arrives in stores on Thursday, May 11th. 

I took a sneak peek at the Banana collection on their website and there are no big surprises here.  Things seem to be pretty similar to their earlier collections.  Lots of neutral colors with a very natural, arts & craftsy kind of look and feel.  They have added a few new colors and there are still lots of pants, cropped pants, capris and shorts to choose from.  There are some great shoes as well.     

That said:  how much of this neutral/natural look can one girl do?  Seriously, after a while I start to feel like I am wearing the same thing everyday.  Basically just different variations of a brown shirt, tan skirts, white pants, etc.  While all lovely, sometimes a girl need a little change.  Unfortunately I think I am going to have to look elsewhere for that.
