The wedge is definitely a must have shoe for summer.  The problem is the wedges that everyone seems to be selling these days is very, very wedgie.  Great if you're looking for some height.  Not so great if you're looking to do some running around town in them.  So....to make life easier for many of you, including my girlfriend Dina, I did a little searching to find some that were a bit more manageable.  Whew!
