Sweater vests are a great option for fall

Now I know there are a lot of those "other" vests out there too.  You know the button front, Western looking ones.  And while they may be popping up everywhere as well.  I don't exactly love them.  Far too trendy.  They'll be out before half the country even gets one.  If they aren't already. 

No....what I'm talking about are the much lovelier sweater vests.  You can get them plain or patterned - which is my favorite and they're great for casual or work.  I love them with just a plain colored tee underneath or a white button down shirt, or even a striped button shirt - just to liven things up a bit.  Very fun.  Throw on with some straight leg jeans and ballet shoes for casual or pair with a skirt and platform heels for work.  Lots of options here.

    The Boden Fun Tank Top is very fun.  I love the patterned ones and the price isn't bad at $58.  

    J.Crew has a plain colored deep vneck one for a little less.  So does Banana Republic.
    
    For a more affordable option check out the Gap Fairisle Sweater Vest or the Striped Sweater Vest.    

    Old Navy has even more affordable ones.  There's the plain vneck vest or the patterned one.  Either way
    they're a super duper buy at just $19.50.

But as you can see there are lots to choose from.  So pick your price point, then find your favorite and go with it.  You'll be glad you did.

I find that the sweater vests are great because sometimes it gets a little chilly, say at the office or even in restaurants, and it's great to be able to wear one without feeling so bulky. Plus some are really fun and stylish.
