 Shopping for intimate apparel can be a daunting task. Not only can it be expensive, but it's time consuming as well. But it must be done my friends - for a number of reasons. For one - great fitting bras and panties can really make or break an outfit. Luckily a lot of stores have gotten into the mix, providing us with more and more options not only in styles but cost.
Here are some of the more recent additions.....
Lands' End Intimates look just lovely. Great bras, tanks, and camis with panties to match. Plus they have options for the more full figured gal too. Love it. And how cute is this lace-trimmed cami? My only concern is in the panty department. There aren't too many options if you're looking for a little less coverage.
American Eagle has also joined the mix with aerie, a collection of intimates for the younger crowd. Super sweet looking bras and panties plus lots of hoodies, henleys and bottoms to lounge around in. Lots of options. This cozy hoodie is just dreamy. It is oh so soft and perfect for lazy Saturdays.
Lane Bryant has also launched a line of intimate apparel called Cacique. A great collection of bras, panties, shapewear, and sleepwear for full figured women. Lots of basic to choose from, but there's some seriously sexy options as well. Very fun.
And check out Target too. They're not new to intimate apparel, but many of my friends swear by their Gilligan & O'Malley line. Not only for the quality, but the price. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking to spend a little less.
But my advice - don't try to fill your entire lingerie drawer in one trip. Make a priority list and watch the sales, tackling one or two items at at time. Not only will it seem less daunting, but you'll save some money too. Can't get more savvie than that. |

| And you can add Chico's to that list. Their line of lingerie called Soma (Greek for body) has actually been around since fall of 2004 mostly by catalog with just a few stores across the country. But now they seem to be popping up everywhere. I would love to hear from anyone whose purchased something from Soma. How was the quality? How about the selection? Do tell. |

| I am totoally SOLD on Soma lingerie -- it's not cheap, but the quality is exceptional, and if you register on their website, you will get occasional specials. I don't buy anything else. |
