Updated jeans from some old favorites

Besides the bright colored or the wide leg styles, there are a ton of new boot cut styles, trouser styles and more out for fall.  The whole denim line at Old Navy has been updated.  From the lowest rise Divas, to the Flirt style which sits low on the waist with a slightly higher rise in back, to the just below the waist fitting Sweetheart and more.  Lots of options here at oh so affordable prices.  Very nice.  Anthropologie has some great looking new styles for fall as well.  So does Gap.

Remember though the jeans still have to fit and fit well because nothing makes you look shorter or bigger or just plain bad like a pair of ill-fitting jeans.  For tips on what to look for check out the August issue of Glamour magazine or check out this video at Glamour.com.  Great suggestions for finding jeans for your particular body type.  

And here's my everyday fashion advice - get a one or two pairs of great fitting, seriously rockin' premium denim jeans and fill in with a few not as pricey pairs if you need to.  That way you'll have a couple of great looking, name brand flashing, seriously stylish jeans when you need them, but you won't have to spend a small fortune on an entire high end denim wardrobe.
