I couldn't be more excited about the return of sophisticated, a tad more sexy, and definitely more age appropriate dressing.  Retailers have jumped on the bandwagon too, updating their suit collections to offer even better fits and fabrics giving us more options than ever before.  Very nice. 

Ann Taylor LOFT has 8 new looks that are lovely and affordable.  Plus they offer all the extras like belts, jewelry, and shoes to complete the look.  How cool is that.  And the people over at Ann Taylor have to be thrilled because this is what they do best.  Lots of great looking suits and more including this fabulous silk sleeveless blouse with tie that is perfect for work and an evening out.  Pair with a jacket for day and by itself for a sophisticated yet sexy look for night. 

Banana Republic has great suits too including some trendier options like this textured wool-blend suit with standing collar jacket or this flannel suit with tie-waist jacket.  And J.Crew has lots of beautiful suits to choose from as well in classic styles and amazing fits.  Ooh la la.

So pick up a more ladylike silk tie-neck blouse, maybe a cardigan sweater, accessories to mix and match, and definitely a suit for fall.  I think you'll be glad you did.
